1. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Product prices listed on our website include the product and packaging only

  • Shipping fees are calculated separately and added at checkout or communicated prior to order confirmation

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

By completing your purchase, you agree to pay the shipping cost associated with your order.

 

2. Processing Time

All products are handcrafted and carefully prepared.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may vary

We appreciate your patience as each order is prepared with care.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped using U.S.-based carriers (such as USPS or other standard carriers).

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed

  • K&M Manitos Magicas LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or service interruptions once the package has been shipped

 

4. Shipping Location

At this time, K&M Manitos Magicas LLC ships within the United States only, with operations based in North Carolina.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

​

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refund

  • If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

​

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier:

  • K&M Manitos Magicas LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information

If you experience an issue, we are happy to assist where possible, but replacement or refunds are not guaranteed.

 

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or resolution is appropriate

 

8. Order Cancellations

​

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped
